About the Guidebook

The series has finished and we know what happens to Walter White. The cliffhangers are no more but the images linger and we want more. Lots more.

Help is here. We've put together the ultimate Breaking Bad travel guide enabling you to get up close and personal with all the places you've seen on screen so often. It's easy to find your own way. Just take this guide and a smattering of your favorite quotes and relive it all until the sun goes down over the dusty desert.

Breaking Bad was going to be filmed in Los Angeles. For tax reasons they changed it to Albuqueque in New Mexico. Or perhaps it was because the meth was easier to get hold of down here...

Albuqueque is a sprawling city beneath the gaza of the Sandia Mountains. The locations are spread around but are mostly centred on North East Heights and Downtown. Do the former by car and then cruise downtown on foot or bike.

So fill the camera roll, roll into New Mexico, and get ready for some iconic imagery...
